The Calls Wharf Customer Services Team is able to help in offering or arranging a variety of additional services that your business may need during your working day. Examples of such services are detailed below.
SECRETARIAL SERVICES
Your support team is available to assist with a variety of administrative and secretarial takes such as photocopying, faxing, compiling mail outs and running errands. Charges are according to the schedule of charges for secretarial services.
PHOTOCOPYING, FAXING & SCANNING
A4, A3, black and white and colour copies are available and also A2, A1 and A0 copies can be done on request. We also have the capacity to scan and fax documentation. If you don’t have time do this yourself, a member of our team will be happy to do this for you. Charges are according to the schedule of charges for photocopying and secretarial services.
MAIL AND PACKAGE HANDLING
Outgoing post needs to be taken to reception by 3.30pm. We will be happy to frank your post should you require it. If you have a large mailing please let us know as soon as possible so that we may have adequate staff available. We will levy a 10% handling charge on standard postal charges for franking and special mail handling.
COURIERS
The Calls Wharf team are able to organise local, national and international courier services. Please ask at reception for details of pricing. Please check collection deadlines with reception when you are booking a courier service.
OFFICE SUPPLIES
We have negotiated excellent rates on stationery items on your behalf. Stationery order forms are available from reception. Once you have completed an order form please take it to reception before 2.00pm for next day delivery.Stationery charges will appear on your monthly invoice
