Calls Wharf Owners Hit Growth List

Bracken Limited, the company behind Calls Wharf and The Tannery, features in the Insider's list of 100 fastest growing businesses in Yorkshire.

Each year The Yorkshire Business Insider compile the list of companies that have shown 5 consecutive years of turnover growth and this year Bracken appear at number 14 with an annual average growth of 71.53%.

A large factor in Bracken's recent success has been the development of Calls Wharf and The Tannery as serviced office centres in Leeds. Matthew Fuller of Bracken comments "You have to work hard to provide the right space and you have to know your market. We took the office concept and added much more to it"
