Further Expansion at The Tannery

Work has started this week to expand he serviced office facility at The Tannery this week.  Due to exceptional demand we are extending the serviced offices onto the first floor and creating 14 new office suites.

To compliment the growth of the Tannery we are also creating a break out area featuring soft seating and desking to allow you to gain internet access while relaxing in the break out space.  We also intend to create 2 more smaller meeting rooms which will be more economical and beneficial for smaller more intimate meetings.

It has been less than 12 months since The Tannery opened up to its first occupiers and since then the success of the centre has been exceptional.  Being one mile from the city centre makes The Tannery very cost effective plus it benefits from free onsite parking and of course as a member of the Calls Wharf Group, the ability to use the facilities at Calls Wharf if required.
